It's the miniaplication number #152. Webkit and JavaScript on Titanium.
The application, ImgToBase64 basically turns images into base64 encoded strings and makes it easier to include images into style sheets and markup languages with data URI scheme.
The framework, Titanium seems to be quite powerful and usable. Tho, it has no docs, apps nor examples. Mainly because the user base and dev group is so small. But better than Air.
Starup memory usage is ok for a webkit bundle, but Titanium seems to have memory leaks. Next up nokia's tools.
OS is Windows 7.
